Saturday Happy: Good friends

I got some great friends, guys. I do. I am so blessed its just crazy! I was feeling bad today. Like REAL bad. Things aren't going real great for me today, and I just felt super tired on top of it. I went to bed, and I woke up 4 hours later to the sound of a ripping box. Tyler was sitting next to me on the bed and he shoves an open box under my nose. I cant see real well when I wake up but I could definitely see the bright colors inside the box. I sit up and start going thru it and I find the two awesome bracelets Maylee helped me model at the top, and the awesome earrings too!



There was also the awesomest rainbow knitted scarf I have ever laid eyes on. How Elicia knew I had been dying for a rainbow scarf for at least 8 months now I have no idea...she is psychic I am sure of it! I want to give a huge thanks to you Elicia, you made me feel SOOO much better today. I feel loved!

The cool headband I am wearing was also a gift not too long ago from my secret twin Kelli of Kellibeans fame. She sent Maylee the cutest little bean with wings...I need to get a picture of him, he is adorable. Kelli makes some adorable stuffies check her out!

I am always getting a lot of love from my good friends online. I don't have pictures of everything but the shops I am about to list give you a good idea of the quality of love I have got recently.

Papillion Jewelry Sent me these awesome crocheted earrings for my birthday. She was SO sweet to do that! They are VERY comfortable to wear, and I just sit and look at them wondering how tiny her hands must be to crochet those itty bitty stitches on them! THANK YOU! I enjoyed the cool packaging too! They were wrapped in a map of Vietnam. That made me feel like I was getting such a treasure from an exotic country. I very much enjoyed the effect. You are so kind to send something so nice to a stranger. I wish I could hug you!


CreativeEyeStudio Kim is my best buddy. She helps me run the Street Team, and she busts her butt for us every day. She is as passionate about global domination as I am, and I love her for it. She recently sent me these awesome GLOW IN THE DARK hippie bus earrings. These have real sterling silver wires guys, this is NICE stuff! Thanks so much Kim! BIG HUGZ and many blessings to you!


ChristinasHandmades Christina is a great hippie mama friend.She makes some really awesome natural gemstone jewelry .I have known her for ages online and recently I was so blessed to meet her in person. She brought me bunches of cool gifts, one of which was the AWESOME handmade visor I am wearing in this picture. I LOVE THIS THING! I wear it a LOT and I cant go nowhere in it without someone complimenting me. Thanks Christina! You rock!

There are so many more people I need to thank from over the years of sending me goodies. I wish I could hug each and every one of you for being so kind to me. I always try to send out the positive energy back into the universe by doing plenty of my own RAOK's I do enjoy keeping the love going around and around. I love seeing it come to be and I love sending it back out. Love is a beautiful thing, and I love all my great friends online you guys are another happy in my life.

Maylees Special Gift From Kreated By Kelly Etsy Shop

I got this package today from Kelly who is the creative genius behind Kreated By Kelly. I love packages from Kelly they make me feel like a rich person when I open them so I tore into the package like a madwoman to see what was inside. Of course I found the beautiful packaging around everything. All wrapped up like birthday presents....so I tore everything apart to see what was inside and I just about fainted! The sheer beauty of these dresses she sent to my sweet baby is exquisite. I am in awe...seriously. The craftsmanship is astounding as always and my little sweetheart looks like a million bucks. I have not went to have professional pictures made of her yet...but i think now is a really good time to go before she outgrows these dresses!

























I wish I could have got better pictures but you know how toddlers are always running around...I thought it was odd that when I took the first pictures Maylee stood against the wall and stood still...It finally hit me that she is acting like me when I have Noor take pictures of my stuff I am modeling! She seen me do this a couple days ago, so she was acting like me. it was so cute when I finally figured out why she was still for a minute LOL

Kelly also sent me this wondrous keychain! She just started making these and as soon as I seen them I knew I had to have one! I also got the most incredible pendant...it looks like the flower of life. I have been studying the flower of life for a good while now and I am just fascinated with it! I am so proud to have this pendant that will remind me of this mystery every time I look at it. What a gift!















Kelly is mostly known for her incredible button bouquets and jewelry. She does make clothing, VERY beautiful clothing and its worth a look. She has been making gorgeous patchwork clothes for quite some time now. She is a multi talented lady for sure, bursting with creativity!

I got RAOK'ed today!

I am always doing RAOK's ( random acts of kindness) and once in a while I get some too! Today I got 3!

First one was from Anna whom I know from Hippiesew. Anna is so sweet, I just love her to pieces and she offered to make Maylee a sweater a while back when I was asking around looking to find someone to make one. Anna offered to do this for me free of charge just to have the practice. See I told you she was super sweet!




Isnt it gorgeous! I am so in love with this yarn. its soft and thick and OMG! Its so pink and green I cant help but wish this sweater would fit me!

Maylee is a bit small for it now, but by golly next winter she is gonna look so awesome in this!!


I cant thank you enough Anna. You did a GREAT job on this. I dont see any mistakes at all but of course I am a beginner too and I am so blown away by the incredible color that I couldnt spot a mistake if it had a glaring hole in it! LOL I LOVE the star on the front oh I love it!! The hood is just awesome. Anna if you ever do get time I want one in MY size! LOL You could sell tons of these if you make em for grown ups I would buy a buttload of them! LOL

Next package on my front porch was from Minde who runs Two Souls Earth Threads. I loves my Minde and I just sent her an RAOK of a buncha cool stuff and she was so kind to lay down her mad felting skillz on a bar of my soap and send it to me! Minde is best known for her mind blowing appliques and gorgeous clothing and bags, but she has taken up felting and boy is she talented! This mama never stops cranking out the good stuff. I love you Minde! Thanks so much for the soap and for the felting tool. Tyler is in love with it! He made his own felted soap with it!

And last but most certainly not least is Jen Who runs Hip-threads.com and The Etsy shop Hip Threads. I love Jen. I do. She has a heart of gold and she is so kind and so darn talented! I have loved her stuff since I started sewing, and she along with Minde and a couple of others were my inspiration to do what I do. I cant thank them enough for just being who they are and sharing their art with the world! There were so many talented mama's on eBay when I first started and now most of us are on Etsy selling our goods, times change but we seem to stay constant. Anyhoo...back from reminiscing... Jen was so kind to just send Maylee a gorgeous hat and scarf set out of nowhere, and she sent me some cool CD's I am gonna check out tomorrow.

Jen I cant thank you enough! I wish I could have got a better picture for ya but Maylee is awful quick. She had all these groceries to go thru. We went to the grocery and left the bags on the floor, i was so excited to have packages I just tore into everything and Maylee tore into the groceries LOL She had boxes of food everywhere but she was anxious to get back into her groceries and sick of me following her with the camera at this point and she yanked everything off and made a dive for the box of Cascade dishwasher detergent she has been lusting after for the past 8 or 9 months LOL She wants that box BAD, and when she seen it in the grocery bag, that was it NOSEDIVE!

In my mail I also got my Bamboo! I will have a post about that coming up today! I have lots of pictures!
